TXRam - It wasn't your post I was referring to. Now I can't find the one I was referring to However, there are a lot more posts up now that fit my description.



Exactly how will you determine who is a full-blooded American? By skin color? By proficiency in the English language? Are you going to check passports? Are you going to look for blonde hair/blue eyed 6'4" white guys like me? Who does that last statement bring to mind?



My best friends mom is as WASP looking as I am yet she's only been a US citizen since '96 - she's Dutch. She became citizen so she vote against Clinton You'd never know she isn't a 'full-blooded' American.....

I am with TEX. Lets do to them what the NAACP did to all the states with confederate flags... boycott them! If you know the place is run/managed/has employees who would fit the "suspect" list... dont go to them. If you walk into anyplace and see little bin ladens running around, get out, call their security, a police station, what ever. Get attention on them if you or the people around the area do not know who they are. DO NOT make remarks, start fights etc.



Alot of these people are highly skilled/educated citizens here legaly, in fielsds like medicine and health care, who help good old boys like us out every day. Not all the Arabs are wacked out Alah people. I learned this in the early 90's and those who dont know and understand this, will be educated on it real fast here in the months to come. However at this time, if they fit the suspect list, dont be afraid to leave ASAP and notify someone who can determine their citizenship... which would be any law enforcement agencie in any town accross the U. S.

I'm still in disbelief of what I've just read - not quite sure how to respond.



I'm guessing if Chad ever saw me he'd call the cops and report a suspected skin head or neo nazi. I fit the profile on the suspect list - 6'4"/250 blonde hair, blue eyes with a buzz/flat top. It's a good thing I don't own any Dr Martens - I do wear jeans and flannel shirt though.

If the truth be known, I would be willing bet that the 3 civilians who overtook the hijackers on flight 93 were using pocket knives in addition to whatever else they could improvise. nvr fnsh..... that's your OPINION, just as I have mine. I tell you this my friend, if I am in any crowded place and see anything,anything at all that doesn't fit, it will be investigated. I am not reacting with typical prejudice as you are trying to imply. I am reacting on experience and education gained not only on a Federal level, but also on the local level as a Law Enforcement individual. Training and education that most people wont understand at first, but you soon will.



Not sure where the neo nazi thing fits in? They didn't just turn 4 jets full of human lives into fire balls of destruction... . grade school students, teachers, moms, dads, aunts uncles.



Better check the big boys out on TV right now, because the leaders who make the rules and calls are basically repeating the same warnings of be safe and dont be afraid to be suspicious because there are known terrorist out among us that they (FBI etc. ) are trying to locate. Attorney General of the U. S. and the FBI Director just announced on National TV that all "suspicious" leads are being investigated with full force. Any people not willing to cooperate are being detained on the spot. Any individuals not meeting citizenship requirements are being detained by Immigration and Naturalization Services. Believe it.

I have had some Terrorist briefings myself while I was in the Navy. These people do not screw around. They are very well educated, organized, and funded.



One thing we need to understand here... . this will not be the last attack on US soil. There are many active terrorist cells within our borders. There is no doubt in my mind that once we strike back we will have another incident.



If I see something suspicious, I will investigate it... but this is not to imply that I will go out and confront every person of Arab background... this would do nothing but divide our country in a time that we all need to be on the same page.

I have absolutely no problem with reporting suspicous behavior/activities. However, I have a serious problem with reporting someone as suspicous based solely on their looks &/or nationality.



Your statement about people fitting the suspect list reeks of the late '30s in Germany. Why don't we make all Muslims wear the Muslim equivalent of the Star of David on an arm band?

If you have no problem reporting suspicious activities, then there is no point to this discussion we are having is there? What part of my post is misunderstanding? Or maybe you are not misunderstanding at all, you just dont agree? Which is it. Evidently our thoughts are not too far out there being this is the action the FBI, INS and USAG are taking right now. Christ sakes, use some common sense. I made it clear not to confront anyone, I made it clear not everyone of Muslim descent is a suspect, and most of all I hope I made it clear to be alert of anything suspicious. You dont have to do anything at all. That's all I am saying, and that's all the FBI, INS and USAG are saying. Be alert to your surrounding, know the difference between everyday normal activities and suspicious acts. Every major TV station and radio station have reported that the FBI has warned more people are out there who would like to hurt us, they have ties to bin laden and they are of Muslim decent. They have released some names and pictures already. Just do what you think is best FOR YOU. I will be alert. Take care, going to work.

I guess I'm guilty of taking your comments out of context. Upon re-reading the above post and reading your latest post it appears you are differentiating between boycotting a business because it is owned/employees people that fit the 'suspect' list and reporting suspicous activity of 'little bin ladens' running around.



The boycotting a business based solely on someones appearance/nationality/race is wrong - at least the duly elected/appointed courts in the USA say it is.



Reporting suspicous activity is the right thing to do provided it is not based solely on appearance/nationality/race. I have absolutely no problem with the FBI/INS etc detaining folks engaging in suspicous activity. If they're in the US illegally then the kid gloves come off... .



As you've said - Stay safe. Stay alert. Stay alive (applies to a lot more than riding a motorcycle)

I'm not quite sure the Japenese Americans that were interned got over it. Weren't there reparations made? How 'bout the POWs that are trying to sue the Japenese gov't for ' slavery' during their captivity?



The Japenese that are selling goods to the US & are profiting from our military bases being in their country are probably not the folks that spent time in the CA desert.
