My passenger side door has a small gap at the upper front of the door while closed. Just enough to leak some water when I take it through the drive thru buggy bath, staring the hinges today I'm still a bit confused as to which way I should try moving the things, any ideas?

Yes, I have seen an air gap at the same location you speak of. I have removed my door hinges and replaced the parts so have a little working knowledge of what to adjust. You need to look at the top hinge and move siad hinge inward a little. Mark it as it will move a TON when you loosen her up.

The upper and lower hinge kinda work in pairs. One can/may effect the other. Be sure you have solid bushings. If not, get the pin/bush kit @your NAPA.
