Lately when I go from low to high-beams my lights go out completely and I have to pull the handle again slowly to get the high-beams to come on. Just wanderin' if anyone else has experienced this, before I try to wade through all the questions and explanations at the local dealership to try and get the right part the first time.

I had the same problem with a Ramcharger, the dimmer switch is mounted on the steering column under the dash and is adjustable up and down. Mine was too high (toward the steering wheel) not letting the switch work right. If you attempt to do this yourself I think they recommend disconnecting the battery to prevent possibility of air bag deployment. bg
