I've got a set of Power Vision Mirrors on my truck and I sure do like them. Their customer support was great. I had a problem with mine and called them up. Got quick answers and a fast replacement for the internal motor. I highly recommend them.

Dunno - lots of the new Fords have them, but my older PowerVisions don't. They are supposedly useful if someone is far enough alongside you that they can't see the rear turn signals. Our 5th wheel has a flashing LED marker light tied to the turn signals about midway up each side for this reason.
