Does anyone have photos of a wheel well modification of the plastic, made to more quickly access the lift pump from that angle?

It's a 12V. I don't think you're going to change that pump often enough (if ever) to warrant any "mod" to the wheel well. My .02.

My ‘95 has @ 550K miles on it. I replaced the original lift pump unnecessarily at @ 200K.

Especially because there is a steel wheel well of the same size right behind the plastic.
I was really wondering what the Engineer was thinking when he designed that double layer.... what a nonsense.

I disagree. Working in front of you and being able to see everything instead of over your head by braille works for me.

We will agree to disagree. My arms are plenty long to reach straight up with the starter removed. No braille involved.

Whatever way you attack the pump the easiest way to reassemble is by using a stud kit.
