I know Dynatrac makes a front wheel conversion kit that converts SRW front axles on 3rd Gen Dodges to a serviceable bearing, spindle-mounted manual hub front.
Now, on chevy Dana 60s (and I believe on Ford as well), the front end stuff is all the same (bearings, spindles, seals, and spindles) and the only difference is the hub (just can't change between Chevy & Ford because of stickout length)
Where does Dynatrac get it's hubs? Is it a stock part from another vehicle? If that vehicle has a DRW version, then that hub SHOULD work... ...
Has anyone contacted Dynatrac about this possibility? I would be willing to pay the money to have a front end that disconnects the half shafts and has serviceable bearings. And I am willing to bet there are others out there as well.....
Thanks in advance,
Shane
