Diesel Power said:if your draining the rail with a stage 3, then something is wrong. i would double check the pumps volume.
i am working realhard getting this new fuel system to retrofit our trucks, along with the modded relife valves, it's not easy![]()
angermanagement06 said:for an 06 I am running very very big injectors
angermanagement06 said:and for a stage 3 I drain rail pressure on a hard run . . fact!
Diesel Power said:oh i thought you meant a stage 3 pump. :-laf
TWest said:Jwilliams3, I received your rail today,it will be forwarded to the shop. they should have it by Wednesday,I have two others I am hoping they will get right on it,and I will have it pressure tested here.
TWest said:Great News All the rails are Done and have pass 40,000 psi. they will start shipping mid Week. I still need more Everyone is spoken for ,So if anyone knows were I can purchase used one's please contact us or PM.

TWest said:The Cp3 is depend on Rpms to produce both volume and a measure of pressure, once the cp3 can match intake its not to hard for it to keep up ( to a certain point) The modded rails we have allow for 50% more holding capacity and the feed line hole is machine to match this.
TWest said:When I started this Project over nine months ago I have learn More about what I don't know about this system. Their are so many contributing factors were do you begin. Volume is more important than pressure (to a certain point) than at other points pressure is the main concern,You have to address so many issues with this system. You need volume to support pressure everyone is so heck bent on pressure they forgot about volume and have consider it valueless. Its like a bean counter at some company all his job is to do is save money, the problem is he forgets to make some. Its the same on CR so many of the components only care about what they do without considering the relationship to the rest of the system.
