Dually adapters

Whats the dealio on removing the dually adapters on the front of a 1st gen 1Ton/4x4?

You hve to remove the rotor from the spindle. The adapters are bolted from the backside of the rotor.

On a 4x4 at least you have to get different hubs. The dually flange is made as part of the hub, its not like the newer models that are removable. Look at the Boyce Equipment web site, they have brand new single wheel hubs, with rotors, studs, and races. They say for GM, but they are the same as our Dodges.
