2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission dually front wheel adaptors

A friend of mine bought a 2500 with a flat bed with duals on the rear & standard wheels on the front. He would like to have the same wheels all the way around. My question is does anyone know a source for the front wheel adaptors other than the dealer? Thanks, Rick

Brother-in-law used adaptors from junk yard to convert a Ford in '88 or '89 & a couple months down the road he found one with a big crack in it.
