The LB7 turbo has a water cooled center section that tends to extend it's life greatly under high EGT's.

I have spoken with a few turbo gurus about using a water cooled cartridge from a marine HX35. Since I deleted the heat exchanger, I would use the coolant lines from that to feed the turbo.



My only worries was the cooling system itself. Dodge already has a problem over heating.



Has that ever been done before???
