I thought some people might be interested in some Dyno numbers with and without a VA on a stock ETH/DEE 6 speed. We met today at Garmons in Mcdonough Georgia for some runs on David Dunbars Dynojet . Man that Dyno was cool. I dynoed 231HP and 480 ft/lbs bone stock 2001 ETH/DEE. I mean I even have a mopar filter in the stock airbox. I dynoed 259. 6 hp and 626. 7 ft/lbs max with my old style VA attached. That was cool gain for Max numbers but the really cool thing is looking at the graph. David popped a line at 1900 rpms and it shows me that stock I was 145. 8/402. 5 but with VA I was 224. 1/618. 8 WOW 78. 3 HP and 216. 3 ft*lbs GAINED at 1900 RPMS WOW. Man I came home and have been sitting here staring at these graphs and thinking things like what if i added some III injectors? What if I got that AFE Cannon and got a 4 inch exhaust. It was alot of fun and I should qualify these numbers by saying I have an old style VA. We had a 03 shootout between a Ford 6. 0 and a dodge 03 HO auot and a duramax and I'm sure david will post those numbers here. Jeff as usual bought all the food and beer and a good time was had by all. He performed his 12 valve majic on at least one 12 er and the guy was really happy and dynoed a 328HP I think. He had a new vendor there with a stainless steel new exhaust and one of the 03 ran with it installed. Man that dynoing is fun as hell.
