Hi Bob, I would really like to go but I have surgery on the 1st. I dont think I will be able to handle the bumps :( . Sam

Mark,

I don't know if this is a special rate for an event or the standard rate they will charge us. I'll find out.

This will be the first time they have done this for us. They have only had the dyno since last fall. They are still a little new, haven't had any experience at hosting an event. I think it will be more of just getting you truck dynoed at a great price and socializing with our TDR brothers.

I may be interested please keep me posted at -- email address removed -- or -- email address removed --. First I have to figure out how to get rid of this dam cat.

Big Bob... I might be able to get over there... let me know the date, and I will see if I can work it into a visit to Grandma and grandpa!

Mark,

This pricing is for this event. The normal price is $75. 00 for 3 pulls, and if you go back later after you have done some other BOMBing the cost is $65. 00 for 3 pulls.

Phil said that August 18th look good for him, What do you guys thing?

Big Bob

Sounds like fun ! I like any excuse to B. S. with friends and put up a (little) diesel smoke:) . Count me in:D

Jason

August 18th is the Day!

Talked with Phil Shelley today, we agreed that August 18th is the day for Dyno Days in Spokane.

Phil will put on a BBQ, we talked about a Show & Shine, not sure we'll have time to put that together.

This could be the start of a yearly event, Phil is really interested in learning more about diesels.

Please post here if you are planning on attending this event. Phil would like to have an idea of those who plan on attending and also include if you are planning on doing a Dyno run.

This will be a good time to socialize, meet fellow TDR members and also make new friends. Look forward to seeing everyone.

Jason check your email and call me.

Great News

The wife and I will attend. No dyno, still working on the power dept. What about an address? Sam.

Big Bob... still unsure about my attendance, but I have gotten some inquiries about a campground that may be available... do you know of one? Would you mind searching that and posting info, or you can email me and I will send it out to everyone...

Thanks...

I talked to Jason Burton (Northwest Custom) this afternoon, We are going to try and put together a SHOW & SHINE! If anyone would like to help or any dealers want to sponsor it, please email me. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Camping

Wolf Lodge campground is just beyond the KOA that Bob Wagner was posting about. It's about 28 miles from Shelleys. The is also a KOA right down the street from Shelleys at;

KOA of Spokane

3025 N. Barker

Spokane, WA.

509-924-4722

I'll check it out. It is about 1/2 mile away.

Tracy,

The Coeur d'Alene RV park is new, nice, no trees, and it is located in Post Falls, about 10 miles from Shelleys.

CDA RV Resort

2600 E. Mullan

Post Falls, Idaho

208-773-3527

I going to refine your directions a little;

I-90 to HWY 41 go north to Mullen (2nd lights) turn left (west) and to CDA RV Resort.

Here are a few more:

Yogi Bears Camp Resort

Exit 272

509-747-9415

Yogi is a nice campground in the trees. I think is about 23 mile from Shelleys.

Blackwell Island RV Park

800 s. Marina Dr.

Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

208-665-1300

Blackwell in right where the Spokane river enters CDA Lake. About 20 miles away from Shelleys.

I think that there is a real nice RV park at Liberty Lake, in the trees, about 7 miles away from Shelleys. I'll check it out and let you know. If this one is still there, if my memory doesn't fail me, this is the one I would choose. I'll let you know.
