But I think I've heard DLENO say the Juice has Zero pressure. That's why it stacks so nicely with the EZ.

I've already got the EZ. I'd like to back it down to maybe 2 along with the Juice on a moderate setting. Nothing extreme on either box ... ... . maybe :-laf

I've run them stacked and in their hottest settings and it is a quick combo. In your case, if you have a good clutch, it will be rewarding.

The ramifier is the one box I have the least experience with. It appears to me to be similar to the PDQ volumizer, in that both use fancy boost fooling to enhance fuel delivery (this causes the ECM to dial up additional duration and timing because it sees high boost levels). TS uses this technique in support of the statement that rail pressures stay below 26,000 PSI even at 100 peak-to-peak horspower at the rear wheels, something the volumizer was unable to do in my tests. The power output, drivability, etc. of the Ramifier is well chronicled and I don't know of any unhappy users. I just am not able to speak to the 26,000 PSI rail pressure claim because I havent tested the box.
Thank you for the info. coobie

crobertson1: There are two boxes of interest in the discussion of pressure limits. Of course, the safest is to use no box at all :D. .

You're right. It does already have a lot of power anyway! I came from a '01. 5 with an auto and 3. 55s. So this thing already feels like a hotrod to me! Thanks for all your great info. Hmmm... there is always water/meth.

DLENO,

Thank you very much for your informative answers to all members on this thread. Your info will help many members for along time! I belive all the info you have given about how you can have early failure of the injector pump. However I just had to have my truck (all stock except AFE) in for a injector pump that was leaking fuel. The dealership installed a new pump and had me back in service quickly! I am craving the extra power the box can add. I guess you could say I have been bitten by the BOMB Bug! The way I feel at this point is... why not try a edge box. I had 18,000 miles on my truck when the pump failed. One of the main problems I can see with installing a edge box is: if I had a second pump go out, the dealer could blame the pump failure on the edge performance box. I wonder if they would say this with the known problems the current injector pumps have, and the history with my injector pump? Thanks again for your help posting impressive knowledge regarding this topic. This is why I joined the TDR! David

your welcome. there is more discussion in "technical topics", TDR issue #47 and (soon) #48.
