electical problems

Have a 1990 250 that is a work horse. When ever i hook up my trailer my blinkers slowly show up on the dash and my temp gage bounces. Ive changed my trailer plug and not found any bad wires yet. Anyone know why the temp gage and blinker would share juice. 1st of a coulpe of electrical issues.

Time to start chasing grounds. My 66 D200 would light up the dash lights any time I hit the brakes or turn signals. The ground was bad from the bed to frame. Start adding jumper wires to figure it out.
