The system I'm referring to is manufactured by Dynatrac. I guess I lost half of you right there
They have three kits available. The first kit will not completely eliminate the vacume operated sleeve on the axle. It runs $1500 for the stage I kit. I'm not selling these products BTW, just throwing this out for discussion.
The stage II kit will eliminate the vacume operated sleeve and upgrades the axles as well.
These kits come with Warn hubs. The #2 kit runs about $2500.
The #3 kit is the beefyest and runs #3200.

Benefits:
· Manual locking hubs reduce wear and increase fuel economy by preventing parts from rotating constantly during 2WD operation.
· Increases reliability by eliminating troublesome axle disconnect operation.
· Lower cost of ownership - Wheel bearings and seals are dramatically cheaper to maintain, and can be easily serviced for longer life, even under severe conditions.
