Does anyone know if there are emission laws in South Dakota

Not sure on letter of the law , but no testing done by the state

While they may not test emissions, the federal rules still apply and it is illegal to tamper with emission devices....you just aren't very likely to get caught.

No safety or emission testing, that is one reason many full time Rv people get a mailbox and registration there, same in North Dakota on inspections.

we can't help it if they fall off on these super smooth roads we have...…..
