Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine Codes after Air Dog Install

When I got done with the Air Dog instal the following codes came up P0382 Air Intake relay No 2 control circuit malfunction, P0237 Turbocharger boost sensor A, low; MAP senosr voltage low and P1693 something about MIL Fault Comp Fault. I have the Banks Stinger w/Auto Minder Tunner and Banks Brake instaled. Any sugestions on what to look for? I did have a fuel spray from the fitting that conects to the VP44 under the hood when I first started the new pump. Was not expecting that much fuel so fast and had the line to loose when purging the line of air. At least I know the pump puts out a LOT of fuel. Engine does run and starts right up with no smoke. It was smoking a bit before I put on the Air Dog. Any help would be apreciated. Thanks in advance for the help

After install I had 5 codes. I cleared

them with smarty. None came back.

I had some codes also, it has been a couple years since the install. If I remember right, I accidently turned the key switch on while the fuel pump harness was unhooked. I cleared the codes with my ODB tool, and nothing else came up.

Thanks everyone. Don't know what I did but this morning when I went to start the truck all the codes were gone. Go figure
