I will have to see if the tuner has the rail pressure. I will look at the manual when I get a chance.

The first thing you are going to do is disconnect that "Box" from your ECMs harness, then reboot the truck after it and see what it does.

Before you start throwing parts at it, diagnose it, I'm not sure if the 06 can be done with AlfaOBD or if it still needs Autoenginuity.
