Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) engine stumble

i have a 01 4x4 3/4 ton auto, the truck cuts out on me, it is like someone is flipping a light switch on and off real fast. and the stumble has no rhythm to it, but you can really feel it when the transmission is in lock up. here is what i have done so far. new vp44 and injectors, cam pos. sensor and transmission, lift pump. need some help on what to look at next

Is the stumble speed sensitive? Does the tach jump/die during stumble? Have you checked the multiple ground points for the engine?

Where is the ground for your Comp box run to? Does it go to the intake horn? If so move it to the battery and try running it again. I had a bad stumble and it ended up being the ground for the Comp.

I added a noise filter on the PCM today for the transmission wiring. Helped about 50% but it still there... . Will check the grounds.
