Ever get screwed by TDR member?

sheesh, i sent my money about 3 months ago for a specific item in the classifieds. i've been very nice- snet plenty of emails back and forth (with too many excuses), but after it's all said and done, i still don't have anything



is there any other way to pursue this and get what i should have?

Also I believe anyone can put items in the classifieds, so it may not be a member. Hopefully it's not a member because that would be just wrong. Either way that sucks dude!

yeah, i just sent a message to Robin and i will refrain from giving out any personnal information on the boards. but yes, i know where this TDR member (yep!) lives i can understand work getting hecktick, fine, but this is just rediculous. it's only $70, but then again, it's $70 and the principle behind it.

Been screwed by a few members not wanting to let go of KDP jigs and not returning emails or phone calls.

Posting their name here usually gets response within a couple hours.

On the few where this hasn't worked someone close by has volunteered to go pry the jig out of their hands.

The only screwing I have received is from a couple of supposed quality shops here that well cost me big time but I also hear one of these boys has lost one of his race toys in a crash. what goes around comes around. So maybe you should just let nature have its way.

I have never been srewed by a member but then again I never tried to buy anything. But, thanks to the classifieds I sold my '03 to a guy in Virginia. He's flying up Thursday a. m. to drive her home.

I think members who have screwed people in the club should get black listed. This list shall be public information to every one. This way people can see ahead of time if they are good to deal with. This way if you don't wanna be labeled as a crook and reputation ruined. You will hold your end of the bargain. We have 17000 members. Theres gonna be a few bad apples.

I my self have sold items in the classifieds. I shipped the product immediatly after the check cleared.

I've never bought anything over the internet from a fellow TDR member, but I've sold a couple of things. Maybe I'm naive, but I'll still trust a man until he gives me reason not to (it's an old Texas thing. ) In every case, I've shipped the items on my nickel to the TDR members for them to inspect to be sure they're satisfied before they pay me. In every case, I've been paid what we agreed upon.
