I have never been so relieved that I can ask a moderator to please lock the thread!. The trailer was found abandoned just over the state line about 45 minutes from the house. The police have it currently. Thanks to everyone that viewed the thread!

We go to pick it up tomorrow. Unbelievably we got hooked with an impound fee and towing fee. I can't believe it. Oh well, at least we are getting it back. The police say the only damage was done by them when they pried the door open to check inside. My mother had pictures on the wall that fell and broke, but everything else seems to be OK. I will give an update tomorrow after we get it. Thanks again for everyone's support!
