Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
The EVIC on my truck Has been flickering on and off for the better part of a year. A new one was around $1350+ programming. I found this place online in South Carolina that will repair the entire dash cluster, to include the EVIC screen and any gauges that aren’t working. For just over $500, I was able to ship my dash cluster to them overnight, do a same-day repair turnaround, and get it back on the third day.
They offer repair on several different year models, and several different electronic items. They even offer a repair service for the turbo actuator.
