First and foremost, get an intercooler; it wont harm your driveability, and will lower EGTs, which is a must if you go with a set PODs. I can hit 1250 empty, and will find out this week what I get hauling 1 horse. With a 90, you will most likely have to do some tweaking on the grille to make it all fit. You are on the right track with the 4" exhaust. Get a 16 NWG housing to go with it, and get a 40psi or better boost gauge. I had a 12, and for even empty driving, it was too restrictive; I had 10psi on the hwy @60. Went back to a 18 (it was FREE, and I did some Dremmel surgery to it), and have 2-5 psi @60, with the same or maybe slightly higher EGT. Seem to have gained about 1 MPG, too. I'd go for at least a PDR HX35, maybe a HX35/40 hybrid- get airflow of a 40, but keep your downpipe, saving you some $$$$.
AND to complement your turbo upgrade, be it small or extravagant, get a bigger/ better flowing air filter, be it a aFe, or BHAF. MY pics of a K&N will convince you otherwise... ... Pastor Bob now says PDR can hybridize your stock H1C the same way they do the HX35; he tells me AFTER I afro engineer the set up and get a 35 onto a nonIC crossover.
