Exhaust Stacks

All right... I dont want to be flamed for this... Im looking for an 8" turnout exhaust stack... preferably necked down to 5" about 3 ft long or just the stack and an 8" to 5" adapter... does anyone know any place that makes such a beast?... Yes I am serious ... Any help would be appreciated... And no I am not talking about mental help... TIA

well im sure you can find an 8'' pipe that already chromed or have it chromed if so desired then all you do is get a flat peice of metal and weld it to the bottom w/ a 5'' hole in the middle and either weld the whole exhaust to it or a small peice of 5'' and get the 5'' id to go around it and clamp it

www.iowa80 has them. The shortest you can get from them is 4' tall. I think Grand Rock can get you 3' tall ones.



If you haven't priced them yet, you better be sitting down with a clenched fist on the wallet. Maybe some Bayer aspirin, too. It'll shock you.

Within an hour of that truckstop. A little dangerous, huh? :-laf You should see the new showroom. They pretty much doubled the size of it. Not completeed yet, but they took down the partition from the last time I was there.



They have 2 semi tractors in there at the moment. All decked out. Oo.

I know this isnt the right thread but it fits, you know your a diesel head when you drive a couple hundred miles out of your way to hit an Iowa 80 truckstop along your travels, i did it once when i was on my way to nebraska from new york I stopped at the Oak Grove 70 which is pretty nice but not as big as iowas. Plus to the guy with the 8in idea, there so last year if your going to go big go with the 10inchers! hahahahah just joking, i dont think there would be any room in your bed for anything else!
