having extended crank issues with a 2000 QC after replacement of second lift pump. this truck has been ran dry of fuel several times one time due to faulty fuel sending unit. my question is not necessarily rather the VP-44 has puked rather the issue I am about to describe. engine cranks over erratically almost like it is hydro locking. after letting engine set for a few minutes is when erratic cranking happens. could this issue be a injector leaking due to piece of trash from VP-44 going through it?
