Customer Service?
Gotta say I had a similar (sp?) experience. I sent a couple of emails asking questions and they didn't get back to me for a couple of days, so I called in the mean time and the guy I ordered the tank from was very ho hum about the whole thing?
In my opinion this is what you get these days for customer service. There are exceptions of course but for the most part it seems as if the attitude is we should be thanking them for spending our hard earned money at their store, shop or internet site.
I'm sure you all have had some brain dead teenager smacking bubble gum just look at you when you walked up to the cash register to pay for something
I just stare at them until they ask if they can help me. Pisses me off to no end!!!!
