Customer Service?

Gotta say I had a similar (sp?) experience. I sent a couple of emails asking questions and they didn't get back to me for a couple of days, so I called in the mean time and the guy I ordered the tank from was very ho hum about the whole thing?

In my opinion this is what you get these days for customer service. There are exceptions of course but for the most part it seems as if the attitude is we should be thanking them for spending our hard earned money at their store, shop or internet site.

I'm sure you all have had some brain dead teenager smacking bubble gum just look at you when you walked up to the cash register to pay for something

I just stare at them until they ask if they can help me. Pisses me off to no end!!!!

lift pump?

once an aux tank is installed much closer to the engine, and higher, is the stock lift pump needed in it's current location?

You would have a transfer pump in back feeding the forward aux pump.

Transfer Flow tanks and, as far as I know, all the other auxiliary tanks that owners install in Dodge Rams transfer fuel into the main tank. The engine continues to draw fuel from the OEM tank so the transfer or lift pump is not effected.

hmmmmmmm

so... put another level guage & sender in the for secondary tank (not called aux now) and have the rear tank feed it. Let the secondary tank feed the VP 44 where it is much closer and gravity is an ally

- OR -

it is till higher and providing gravity feed to rear stock?

Transfer Flow Customer Service at the order desk??

I must have called on the wrong day. The person who answered the phone acted like he didn't care if I ordered or not. His attitude conviced me to look around and consider other options. If he represents the company, his attitude isn't one I want to deal with. Did I just happen to catch an employee on a bad day? Anyone else have this experience?

Josparkz replies:

I've been speaking and e-mailing to them since 1996 , and have been to their factory twice.

I was treated with nothing but courtesy. I am very impressed with all the people that I have met with this company.

Their customer service is exemplary.

Oh yeah, and their products are first class :D
