ordered the EZ change plug and tube from Geno's last week. It arrived this week, and now the old drain plug is in the toolbox, and this one is in its place #ad

for those who don't want a big-ol' valve protruding, this one rides almost flush with the major flat-plane of the pan... . they should have a picture of an installed one and one lying on a table...

I ordered one the day the I received my TDR issue that debuted the EZ drain plug. It is one of those accessories that I REALLY like, it works as designed and I don't have to keep screwing around with it (no pun intended... well, sort of #ad
)

I line up a 5 gallon kero can below tube, and take oil straight to re-cycle in the 5 ga. can and don't have to handle waste oil again. Try it you'll like it.

Can you tell me if there is any flow restriction when draining the oil? Compared to just pulling plug and draining. An acquaintance told me he thought that most of these type devices took longer to drain.

Thanks.

I just changed my oil using the EZ drain for the first time and yes it does drain slower but it still does ok... Better that than to have all the oil come running out at once. It gave me time to collect oil for Blackstone without getting it all over everything. Before the EZ drain I still had to slow it down so I didn't over flow the used oil collecter.

It does take longer, but just enough time to yank and replace the oil filter, and you've got a full drain with no wasted time. I hate to sit and watch oil drain, and water boil and---------trying to remember what else I wanted to say. Have a safe day!
