First, an apology for lurking on this site for a few months without ponying up the bucks to support it. That being rectified, I would like to thank all of you for the tremendous knowledge that I've gained while checking this site out.
Now for the question: BOMBing mission to begin soon, and after installing guages, I was wondering which would be the way to go, an EZ or 275's first. I've heard that the 275's, along with added power, can actually improve MPG's, but I was wondering if they'd be all that benificial without the advanced timing of the box and boost from a module, not to mention some enhanced air filter like a K&N or Psychotty to get a more complete fuel burn and control EGTs.
Just so you know, this is not a work truck, but I do occasionally tow a 25' boat that weighs about 8K. Basically, I bought the truck because I wanted the baddest toy on or off the street, and I want it to run up to its capabilities.
Thanks for all your help and knowledge, and I'm sorry if I'm a bit long-winded.
Chris
