Well,Good News and Bad News...

While I was up in Dillsburg today I had a minor brain fart and forgot to go and look over the motel. I will Thursday as I now need to make a trip up into Northeastern PA on personal business and will swing by there on the way up.



I will tally food tommorrow and post the totals for us all.

Due to a scheduling conflict that has arisen with his drag car Massdiesel will not be able to make our show as a vendor. The M-D TDR wishes Scott good luck with his quest for some iron in Illinois.

The next business to join us for our show is Snow Performance. I had a long chat with Matt today and he is excited to be on board and is looking forward to next year. We welcome them on board and offer a thanks to Matt for helping out.

guys coming down I 70 east, we need to set a time to meet like past years. meet at the park and ride beside mcdonalds off exit 29-A, then if guys want to meet alittle later on at that gas station off 15 north like past years we can do that to.

For any one who is going to be in town on friday night my wife and I are thinking of going to a hayride in harrisburg. We always make the round around home and figured would be nice to see some new stuff. Any one know of any really good ones close to dillsburg or harrisburg.

they do the hayride thing at ashcombs (about 9min from kauffmans outside dillsburg), im not sure what kind of times or schedules they have. let me see if i cant get there number.

Massdiesel has given us 2 certificates since he will be among the missing this weekend. His certificates will be handed out to the Highest HP Ford and Dodge on #2 alone. Thanks to Scoot and his wife for the support and we are going to miss you not being here. Good Luck in Illinois and bring back some iron.

Last and FINAL update before the show...

Well here is the FINAL diesel vendor to join our show and they to me as quite a suprise and we are GLAD to have them on board. Tonite as I began to load and prep for the show I recieved a phone call from Bob & Sheryl Riley of "The Dieselsite". They have gotten on board and will offer a certificate for the "Highest HP STOCK Ford" and a certificate to the "Highest HP Ford". They have been ravaged down in Florida due to the hurricanes and yet still found a way to help support the show. A BIG thank you goes out to them for going the extra mile while dealing with clean up down there.



Looks like the food is shaping up and we will see how we do as the weekend progresses. I will arrive as early as I can and I know the Kauffman Gang is ready. Rumors are afloat of some guys sneeking in for tune up runs,one of which I think fears the Big White Ford. As the diesel smoke blows,there is another rampant rumor afloat that someone we all know may be burning the midnite oil again with motor work,hmm wonder who that may be(I had heard that Snow Man was a eye witness,LOL).



I do have one minor vent for all of the diesel owners to consider when they make purchases. I had been told by 2 major companies that we would recieve products from them for our show. Upon numerous call backs they have done a complete about face and never returned our calls. Companies like this really get under my skin,its one thing to just decline as I understand that,BUT,its another to say yes and offer product then just decline. I'll only ask our owners to think of that when they are looking for these type of products. Those companies names... Autometer and K&N Filters.



At any rate,time to lock and load,bring your big guns and see if ya got what it takes to tame the ''Humbler". See You all there ... ... ... . Andy
