Fan keeps flexing and cutting the wires.

I've driven a few hundred miles - none of it highway miles. I just checked the harness. There is no sign of rubbing. I don't know if it is because I haven't been on the highway, or because of my blade reforming, but so far so good.

I drove on the interstate and I have two zip ties cut. Whatever it is, it only happens at highway speeds.

Time for a new fan! I have attached the instructions for fan removal and cleaning. Please read the warnings. Seems that the fan needs to be perfectly balanced to work properly. I doubt any of us have the capability to repair and balance the fan.
