I hope that you fix the pressure issues with this series and give better customer service than you have given some of us in the past.



$1300 for the pump and the install,Two years of ownership and 40,000 miles of driving and trying to get the advertised pressure righted on my 150/180-1010@45psi and you people STILL have yet to honor the warranty thats currently in place and fix the problem. It was at 30psi when it was installed and still is at 30 psi and all of your games and tricks still have not righted the issue.



I hope you treat your newer customers better than you treat your existing customers.

It rags me off when they have the gall to come out and pimp a product which they claim is better,yet,here we are some 2 years later and they have YET to fix the issues with pumps that are having known issues. 3 of their BIGGEST PA dealers within a hour drive of me and they have all been instructed to not do anything to right their pumps problem.



The other thing that has me jagged off is they are a "supporting" vendor here and they,FASS,are treating a TDR member like he is a POS. I often wonder what the powers to be here think about that... ... ... ... . Andy

We have had no pressure issues with the previous pumps. If your pump is not making the PSI you require than you need to contact us here at the technical department and we will get you all fixed up.

I would love to know whom you have spoken with. There may be other issues that are causing your low PSI issues such as a gauge issue, restriction, ECM issue or even a low voltage issue. Please, if you need help I can help you at our technical line.

We never claimed that the Platinum series is better than our other systems. The platinum series was developed to meet our customer’s needs. Who have you dealt with here at FASS? Was it in our technical department or was it your local dealer?

We have never told a dealer of ours to NOT help a customer. The dealers are for installing and doing some troubleshooting but when it comes to actual repair…. we would prefer if the pump came back here. That way we know what our pumps are doing out there and that you get the best possible customer service.

I have been on this forum for almost a year now and I have NEVER treated any one of our customers like that. If anyone here at FASS fuel systems has treated you or any other member here poorly please, let me know so that I can fix the problem. We here at FASS pride ourselves on good customer service and I want to know if that standard is not being upheld.
