I guess you can spin it any way you want. I did not see the comparison on your list as to which one will get you wetter when you try to fill up with your motor running. Also missing was the self priming comparison. You missed some others as well.

Someone needs to buy my never used FASS thats listed in the classifieds for way less then either of the above. (sorry for the plug Steve(and Vaughn))

I agree with the spin it the way you want. My AirDog was $689. 67 to my door and I don't agree with some of your comparisons. If I am traveling (with my family) and need to change the fuel filter I can get one from under the seat. Sounds like a comparison from the Kerry Campaign.

I don't own either, and probably never will, but I think the convenience of being able to purchase filters elsewhere is a big plus for the FASS IMHO. The fuel splashing back while fueling with the truck running is a moot point IMHO, it is a convenience of one over the other and has nothing to do with how well either unit functions. If I were shopping, the longer warranty would definitely be a factor to consider. I don't imagine that someone would notice any difference in function from one over the other so either would serve the purpose just as well IMHO.

Yah filter the filter convience is nice I did a side by side comparison as well and the filter issue and the fact that fass has a 4 year warranty and airdog only has a 2 year warranty steered me toards the fass. Although I don't run one im my truck just a pressure pump, BD lift pump kit

The filter issue is like the bigger back door issue on the Fords. I bought 3 extra filters and keep one extra in the truck and the other 2 in the shed. So it's a useless option kind of like the bigger doors for me. Price on the AirDog website was 679. 00 for quite some time. Plus I can buy the filters in 3 different micron ratings. That comparison had to come from the Kerry camp writers. It's more of an opinion than a tested comparison. You might need the ability to buy filters locally for the FASS as low as it hangs under the truck though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the Air Dog fuel filters are StrataPores. Can the FASS say the same. Also maybe the Fass NEEDS a 4 year warranty :-laf John.

looks more like a fass advertisement than a comparison. Why else would someone put comments off to the side in the comparison list?
