ATS Fender Flares

I have ATS fender flares, and the fit is excellent. Couldn't be happier. They look like they are supposed to be there, rather than an afterthought.

Thanks. It's my first diesel, second 3rd Gen (first had a Hemi), and I absolutely love my truck. It gets looks everywhere I go, and I just love the performance of the CTD!

I have a 06 mega cab coming and I was wondering if the ATS flares would work on it? Also how do they attatch to the body-----screws--clips

Thanks

Just don't get Bushwackers. They destroyed my paint. Get the ATS.

What happened? Is the pressure of the flare too much? You have me worried because I just installed some OEM style flares from them. I though they fit nice and were real snug.

thanks,

Larry

the problem is they contact the paint directly, instead of having a strip of 3M tape behind it to prevent rubbing.

check out my "rigs pics" to see xenons. they attach with tape up top and screws in the wheel well.

How do the ATS flares look w/o paint. Was wondering if they would match the door handle color and finish.

They look like raw greyish black ureathane kinda like when you get wax on plastic trim. Painting them is the only way to go.

Im running dual front stabilizer shocks, triple front shocks, front coil springs, front link components not sure what all are, and rear blocks.

I've got a set of new ATS flares in the garage and not enough time to put them on right now. Anyone know how warm it has to be to install them? Main concern is the tape.

Thanks,

Blake

the hotter the better...

when i had my tahoe, i installed a set of xenon flares on it when the weather was cool [typical fall warm in the sun, gets too cold for a tshirt in the shade] and 3 of the 4 flares came out good, one it was a little too cold for the 3m tape to stick right and a few weeks later, it started to come unglued from the fender...
