fender mount cb antenna

Would anyone happen to know where i might be able to get a fender mount cb antenna for a my 2000 model cummins, I have plenty of coax under the passengers side matt, I would like a whip antenna preferably a k40 if they are available, let me know of any sites where i might be able to order online, thanks.

One of the major antenna makers makes a great fender mount setup and I have one on my truck and cant think of the name. Firestick maybe? Do a search on google for antenna mounts and it should come up in one of the online catalogs.

I take it you don't want to drill any holes in your truck? I had a fender mount and it worked, but not nearly as well as the Wilson magnet mount in the center of the roof. The Wilson isn't cheap, but it's the best quality control of any CB antenna on the market. The magnet mount is a few more buck$ than the permanent mount, and performance is comparable. And it comes off when you go under a low obstruction. Performance is much better than the fender mount I had, and so is the quality. JMO

Thanks. I saw it on a bumper sticker. It was on the back of a cattle pot that I was sitting behind at the Tyson plant.



One other I saw, said "Vegetarian- Indian word for poor shot" . :-laf
