If I had a 19 up it would be running the AMZ/OIL full synthetic 10-30 as there is not a hill of beans difference in cold temp performance with the 5-40.

But there is a big difference in warm performance, thou the 19+ doesn’t need thick oil to protect the lifters like the 18- did for the flat tappets.

What weight would you run?

Probably the 5w-40 as I like the high temp viscosity being higher, thou I haven’t looked into it too much.

There are benefits to both.

I use the Baldwin filters our local truck parts dealer sells. Remember, that expensive mid-body fuel filter is the first line of defense, you can change the front engine mounted fuel filter every-other time, and you could change them before they hit 20%.
