My smarty has different power levels, a little, medium and lots. So if you don't want a lot... got it? Anyway, why don't you try the firefly or does hypertech make the hyperpac for the 3rd gen trucks? Try that. Or quadzilla, or whatever you want, sorry I mentioned a smarty. I'm not against other brands of stuff. Just let us know how you like your choice when you decide.
I DO HAVE the FireFly & like it!!

I have the Firefly system, I was a Beta Tester for them. It is basically the same as an Edge EZ with a Boost & Pyro guage built it. Read up on the specs of the EZ, I think they tell you more. What I DO like, is one gauge for both boost & pyro. I put mine is an SRT-10 Pillar mount, looks pretty cool.
The only problem is it has been too cold & snowy to really test it much for power & mpg gains. I think the concept is good just seems a little pricey. But most boxes are expensive! It is nice to just touch the gauge once to go to stage 1, twice to stage two and a third time to go to stage 3. A good pyro gauge will cost $150 & boost at least $50. The Firefly gauges move in a arc to show higher levels, so you don't get an exact reading. e. g. 1150 degs.
But they are marked in increments so you know where you're at. I am pretty sure Superchips told me it was pressure & maybe timing device.

After having the Superchips Firefly for about 6 months and the weather finally getting better, I will make some observations. I like the setup, can't comment too much on the accuracy of the gauges, as I don't have anything to compare them too. You can't really tell the exact temp on the pyro because the moving part of the gauge is an arc. The pyro numbers start at 500 & go to 1500. When I shut down I just wait until the arc line is below the 500.
The system works pretty well, it is seamless changing settings. You touch the dial face once & the Firefly goes to the second setting, touch it again it goes up another notch, again up to the highest setting. And you can change levels under full throttle. Touch the face again & it goes down one level at a time and so on. Can't tell any mileage difference as I have only gone through a couple or three tanks of fuel since last Winter. The truck has only got 7000 miles on it & it is a year old!
The boost & torque comes on pretty smooth. It is tough to spin the rear tires even at the highest setting, but does run much stronger & faster than stock! Hopefully now that Spring is finally here I can check mileage better. Over the Winter I averaged 14-16 mpg. But most of that was short trips city driving. Also there is a cap, bed-slide & a couple of heavy toolboxes in the back. Just weighed the truck at 7400 with me in it.
I am trying to find something to tow to check out the power.
