We call it big red. I was born and raised in nebraska so I can do that.Never thought I would own a RED truck Alaska now for 33 years the frozen north

A 2k update from the Laufenn tire install. I must say that I'm quite pleased with the performance of these tires! The handling has been great in the dry and wet conditions that they have been through. Wear has been on par with no uneven wear showing up at this time. I will say the with the tires and the Centramatics being installed, it's a nice smooth, quiet ride! Am able to feel the road conditions better and not the truck shake. Before the install, I had a couple of vibration points, 1st was 50-55 mph and 2nd was in that 64-70 mph. Now there gone and doesn't start and vibrations till your over 80 mph! I know that since I was anal about the balancing of new tires played a big part in the process but can't overlook the constant balancing that the Centramatics bring to the table has helped!! Would highly recommend these tires and of course the Centramatics. Less vibrations will help with the wear and tear on the front end! looking forward to the next multi hour drive later this spring! :D

I pulled the Transforce tires off my 22 2500 at just over 1K. Replaced them with Michelin's. Got good money for the used tires, almost half of what the new Michelins cost. I like the road feel and better steering of the Michelins, plus I know they'll last me a lot longer. Better foul weather traction is a plus too.

Just replaced the Transforce tires. Had 28k and probably could have got about 4-5k more.
Went with the Michelin LTX- AT.
Lots of highway and some off road. Usually pulls my 24’ trailer.

My Transforce HT tires were just changed to Michelin LTX
They had 52,000 and could have gone to at least 55k maybe even 60k as they had very even wear & hadn’t hit the wear bars yet. Costco made me a deal I couldn’t resist $1174 out the door. Considering 99.9% of my miles are on pavement I chose to stay with a road tire. 2016 3500 cc lb srw 4x4
Next year I’ll do the camper

Good to know thanks. Costco and Michelin LTX is always a good choice for summer tires and hiway use but they don’t do well for me in the winter. And changing tires and rims twice a year is something I’m trying to get away from doing so I’m looking for a all season tire

The LTX is available in an A/T2 version also. Those are what I put on my 22 2500 when I switched out the 1K old transforce. Happy with them so far. Truck seems to handle better with them on our twisty Ozark Mt roads.
