Just had my first bad experience of my engine swap-too much power! I stripped the splines off of my nvg (gm) 4500 output shaft and input to my np205 transfer case. These parts have only been in for about 4000 miles and now I am a little worried about the longevity of the replacement parts. Has any one else had similar experiences? I thought about upgrading to the dodge output shaft but the transfercase won't let me. I am hoping that maybe I had a bad input gear and that this will not be a reoccurring problem.
