Um Um 2nd time ever at the strip.



Had a very good night. Well other then the first run, where I forgot to turn overdrive "on" ... ... was up against the govnor in 3rd for a while before it dawned on me... . darn civic almost caught up with me... ... that run yielded 14. 4 at 89mph LOL



The next 2 passes got better..... 14. 16 @ 95. 56 was next.



Then came my favoriti run... ... was matched up against red cobra my run yielded a 14. 08 @96. 87mph he lost!!!! Hehe Floor It said people in the stands were amazed. This run was taped. . so once I get it I will post it.



Next run was against a 2001 Lightening (Greg's) I was too nervous and didn't build enough boost... . ran a measly 14. 38 @94. 68 to his 13. 9.



Next run was another good one..... newer model yellow Mustang GT... ... I ran 14. 15 @94. 88 to his 14. 3@97 That was another fufilling moment.



Next pass... they lost the time slip..... it was another 14. 3.



Next pass I can't remember what it was I raced... . but I ran another 14. 36 @94. 05 whoever I raced ran 16. 0 @ 90 (maybe greg got it on video so i can remember what it was).



Last but not least... . the last pass of the night..... wasn't very hopeful because of the last 4 runs in 20 mins time... ... . launched it a bit harder then normal... . felt awesome. Was racing a New jetta I think? I ran 13. 95 @94. 91 mph 1. 88 60ft time!!!! I couldn't believe it... ... ... ... ... . Hello 13's!!!! The only thing is this one wasn't video taped because they were packing up.



Oh well theres a short summary of what happened Wed night. Too tired to give anymore details. Maybe Floor It or Greg can help me out here... ... ... ...



Its kinda funny what people come up and ask you in the staging lanes... ... ... man thats quick..... hehe

Ya wish ya could have been there too... it was a blast. We HAVE to run your truck! You can't be far behind me.



Already working on a different turbo for the next trip to the strip, will also have the transmission adjsut to bring in overdrive a bit quicker... . so I think i can stay in the 13's all day long..... we'll see!!

The Video is no problem! Adam gimmie 2 weeks and were putting together a tailgate and racing at KCIR! Oh by the way you will be racing your truck if I have to do it for you!
