Well... ... ... only Diesel there, but it was fun anyway. Had never raced before and went to the track for the first time last night. It was really crowded so I only got three runs in so I've got some more practicing to do for sure. My first run was 14. 48@95mph. This was in 2wd leaving with no boost,no l/u switch, just floored it on the second yellow. My last two runs were in 4wd @8-10psi (stock output shaft) and were pretty much identical. This was the best run:

I was a little disappointed in the 4wd runs, I thought I'd drop a little more than that after seeing my 2wd time. So... . for you all that know how to break this thing down, what am I doing wrong? I know I need to do some more experimenting with the l/u switch in different RPM ranges but that will have to wait till next week. Is there any hope of 13's the way the truck sits now? Any help would be appreciated.
