First time truck owner, looking for bed rail cap and tonneau cover suggestions

Just wondering if you could recommend bed rail caps you've used and are happy with. And possibly even ones you feel I should avoid. And moderately priced tonneau covers that will survive New England winter. Tri-fold vs roll up?

It's an 8 foot bed.
