I haven't heard from them yet. I'm leaving in the morn. to take a trl. to Long Beach, Ca. , so will be gone for a few days. Will let you know as soon as I hear anything.

Due to the "integrated" seat belt on the 2nd Gen I doubt they'll ever be available for it. But I can always hope.

I got tired of waiting for anyone to make seatmounts for our trucks.

I fabricated my own, including the shoulder harness mounts(far stronger than factory).

I just did 8000 miles and loved the seats.

BR, got any pix? Or are you planning to go into production? Would like to see what you came up with, but not planning to run to AK again anytime soon. Actually have been running I-10 and that's cool enough lately. Maybe in March if things have thawed some.

Ever get anybody trading up that would sell me the trade-in? Has to fit a 99 Ram 3500 CC, but not particular bout color or fabric.

If this gets posted, Blue, please send me a contact number, I'm at residence until Wed after New Years. Dented the r. f. fender, slid into a phone pole in a parking lot. No load and nobody hurt. Could have been worse, could have knocked the damn pole over, then would have to pay for that. Merry Christmas to all, hope you all get with family.

Cheers,

Why can't you just use the suspention and put your OEM seat on it? I have '02 with leather and heated seats and i dont want to take them out . I would just be interested in the suspention.

EXACTLY what I was thinking!!!

I want to do the same thing to mine, if the picture posted on the Buytruck website is the Dodge 3rd gen. suspension, then it look like all us 2nd Genners need to do is fab up a bracket-the 3rd gens look like they mount level where the 2nd gen. floor pan drops 4 or 5 inches, passenger sides a little more complicated but it's possible-or at least it looks that way
