Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Fluid changes

I'm going to perform my first differential/transfer case fluid changes on my truck.

I've previously read on the procedures--such as lift one side than the other to completely drain, drive it in figure 8 afterwards, etc.



So can someone repeat these procedures for me one more time.

If you want to state your opinion on which fluid to use, that's fine.

I just want to get it right the first time--from some of you who have already been thru this.

For a friction modifier, use the Dana stuff, its the best on the market, but don't get it on your hands. It cost something like $8 so its not too expensive compared to the others.
