WHAT could be funnier than a Ford owner ignorantly bashing Cummins - as a Cummins-powered Ford 650 wrecker is hauling his busted Ford back to the dealership for repairs - AGAIN! ;) :D :D

No thats funny right there..... :-laf :-laf

I wonder if they have nothing else to do or if they actually believe what they write as the gospel. Too bad for them.

I know one thing after reading all the posts and believe it or not the thread is still open and not locked, the comment about the blue collar worker being the backbone, i hate to say it but i do believe the lower class are also the backbone, who do they think works in WalMart, the local gas station or the drive thru window they frequent, i have been in that class for a long time and trust me i work my tail off, i just didn't care for that comment, but alot of times the middle class forgets about those underneath them, those pple also support and help hold up this economy mostly by taking lower paying jobs, don't get me wrong i hold nothing against a person for being able to better themselves and moving up from one class to another. Actually i work full time and also farm full time but can't seem to get ahead, guess i have to take the quiet country life over the busy city, higher paying jobs, and would have it no other way... :D

I don't know wether this is off topic or not but the International CXT pickup they just brought out which correct me if I'm wrong dosen't it have a Ferd bed on it and another thing I saw was that their using a DT466 not a 6. 0 now what's that tell you. If it's so good why won't IH use that POS engine in there pickup :-laf

GBechtold,

IH wont use that POS engine, because they know it is defective and very unreliable. Try dragging a 6. 0 into an IH dealer for repairs, they will send you down the road to the Ford dealer. Though, they will sell you an oil filter. Go figure?

If any of you have watched the Thunder In Muncie Video that just came out, did you notice what I did? The show and Shine was chock full of power strokes. It seems like they outnumbered everything else. Yet, when it came sled pullin time, only one psd joined? is that what they refer to as "all show, no go"???? :)

The D-Max's seemed to hold their own. Did pretty well pullin, IMO. Still nothing like a cummins, though.

Ha, the Diesel Stop thread is locked now. George was making rude comments toward me at the end of the thread so the moderator's finally locked it. I am surprised it made it as far as it did!

My post is 5th from the last, then Boy George's post, then Jarlaxle, then Duke's, then the mod's.

How much money do you guys think was spent on the 6. 0 program, including all the fixes and buybacks? I know it's not 6 billions dollars like my post said. If I knew the answer I would have said it, but it's fun to get George all riled up! Too bad he resorts to the 5 year old attitude.

Yup - the old "Don't dish it OUT if ya can't TAKE it" bit comes to mind!

I have long noted the tendency of both the Ford and GM groups to ignorantly bash Dodge in areas they CLEARLY were far off base on, "Ford owns Cummins" as a for instance...

BUT, as soon as a Dodge owners shows up with countering FACTS, they are quickly criticized or shut down as "Trolls" and troublemakers.

Seems the other camps are good at dishing it out, but are in DEEP trouble when the opposition shows up with FACTS... ;) :D
