Thanks, TDR Staff

Lookie what DD is getting rid of....

Might get my truck back tomorrow!

Does Ford still sell a medium duty truck with the ISB in it?

(I just love love pointing out to powerchoke owners the fact that Ford used/uses the 6bt in their bigger trucks... )

Yep, as far as I know for now; however, when Navistar starts up production of medium duty trucks for Ford there may be some changes.

Powerchokes are availible too, I just checked the ford website, there are 17 engine options for the F650:eek: 9 ISB's, 2 Powerpukes and 6 Cat 3126b's. I wish I had 17 engine options:{

I believe that the Powerstroke is limited in GVW on those trucks.

The ISB is offered at nearly twice the weight rating as the Powerstroke but the Cat beats both of them.

I think ALL of the three engines are great and they each have thier place in the truck market,but we all know that the ISB is the most durable engine ever offered in a one ton pick-up--PERIOD!!!
