This is only what I have been told(by a reputable clutch and driveline mfr. ), but you would be better off to spend your money that you would spend on adapters, and put it towards a NV5600. It will bolt directly up to the Cummins, but I am not sure about the 205. I had considered the ZF transmission for my project, but decided against it. The adapter I found was around $800. I bought an '03 NV5600 with clutch, pressure, plate, slave cylinder, and bellhousing for 2600 bucks, but it is very low milage and came with a 1 year warranty. I am sure you can find a cheaper one than I did, but I wanted the low miles and the warranty. Some of the other guys and gals on here could probably tell you if the 205 will bolt up and fit the output shaft of the transmission. If you go with flywheel used with the 5600 you can use a larger clutch too. -Nicholas
