Found this in the paper today guys, thought someone here might be interested. 1997 2500 SLT RC LB 2wd 5sp 3. 55's, 91,000 miles, not cherry but not beat up either (his words not mine), he's been asking $12,900 but would take $12,000 - Kbb says it's worth $16,700 retail. Because it's a 2wd he's having a hard time moving it, has an offer for $11,400 but really wants the $12,000 - this one won't be around for long. If you're interested email me at stevest@voyager.net and I'll give you his name and #.

Steve that doesn't look to bad.

I just missed out on a 96, 4x4 SLT, rebuilt auto (junk OEM convertor), reg. cab, for $10,600. The catch is it had 208,000 miles, but my father wouldn't have minded a bit.

For those of you shopping, there are deals out there, you just have to look long enough.

I saw a few fixer uppers last month located in NY state. They were similar to what you guys posted, but were in the $8000-$9000 range. They didnt look like a hard job even for someone w/o body shop exp.

PS I think Rednut made the orig post ??
