2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Front axle questions on 2001

Front axle leaking out passenger side replaced seals twice leak wont stop any advice would be great also where do you get front wheel bearings at a reasonable price,anybody got advice a good reasonably priced locking-unlocking hubs ,Thanks
