Have had good luck with Timken units so far. Moog has become hard to trust after their units failed on me with 15,000 mi. Timken units have just over 48,000 mi. and they're still tight n smooth.

I've bought Cummins parts with country of origin ranging from China to Taiwan to Italy. The important thing is they are made to Cummins specifications, and the quality is there regardless of origin.
Unfortunately, IMO MOOG's quality isn't what it used to be.

I have had mine replaced once and one side a 2nd time (failed just outside the warranty). I know the 2nd time it was a Timken and it was made in China, they don't make anything like they used to, even what was once respectable brands seem to be built by low bidder off shore someplace.

Both Timken assemblies I purchased were American made, haven’t seen any that weren’t with the abs sensor, can’t speak for the others. Still having the best luck with them out of the others I have tried too.

I have used the $100 for both sides eBay specials many times, no issues so far. Just food for thought. They are pretty easy to change, but if they fail your down. So it's one of those though choices. Spend double or triple the money, or roll the dice. :)
